I have a few recipes for pumpkin muffins, but this one is the easiest, and the muffins freeze very well.
1 box spice cake mix (any brand)
1 15 oz. can pumpkin
Mix cake mix and pumpkin. Do not add any other ingredients listed on the box. Bake as directed.
