This cornbread recipe came highly recommended from a friend, so I had to give it a try. This isn’t a light recipe, but it does yield a fluffy moist cornbread. Next time, I may try some modifications but in the meantime I’ll enjoy this version. It goes perfectly with a bowl of hot soup!
