It’s been so long since I’ve shared a blog to read! This is a newer blog in my reader, written by one of my classmates in the nutrition program. Elizabeth covers a variety of topics; she recently did a series of interviews with dietitians, and has highlighted foods such as millet and Stevia. I encourage you to check it out, it’s always fun to see what others have to say.

Blogs to Read: On a Lobster Placemat
You may remember Rose’s Ultimate Vegetable Casserole from her blog On a Lobster Placemat. That dish became an instant classic for me! Like many other food bloggers (and myself) Rose enjoys oatmeal for breakfast, and she is incredibly creative with her toppings. On a Lobster Placement doesn’t just cover food, but also includes posts about her travels, running, writing, and book making. I recommend you check it out!
Blogs to Read: KERF
KERF stands for Kath Eats Real Food, and she does enjoy wonderful real food! You may remember that I referenced her blog in my post on Overnight Oats. Kath has plenty of formal recipes, but you will also pick up some simple food ideas by reading what she eats every day. I could write so much more, but I highly encourage you to check out her blog right now.
Blogs to Read: Carrots ‘N’ Cake
People have asked me about other blogs I read so I decided to start sharing some of my favorites. I first referenced Carrots ‘N’ Cake when I tried this recipe for Chocolate Pumpkin Loaf. Tina has other good recipes on her site, in addition to some great information about fitness. And since she is also local to the Boston area, I enjoy her restaurant recommendations.
