OK, it’s not really that difficult to scramble an egg in a frying pan, but I did like this trick from Hungry Girl. Although the original recipes call for liquid egg substitute, I used 2 eggs. This is the classic version with Laughing Cow Light. A nice hot breakfast in less than 5 minutes!

This is one of my 'standards' because it's so quick but here's what I do: skip the cheese and just make the eggs. While they're microwaving, I toast either one of those Arnold thins or an english muffin. Throw on a slice of cheese, throw on the cooked eggs and there's a tasty breakfast sandwich in less than 5 minutes!
