My kitchen has barely seen me lately, so I don’t have a new recipe to share today. But I did want to post this article which features a few of my favorite food bloggers and their ideas for snacks. I just might have to try some kettle corn this weekend!

KC,Good post. Some great, SUPER-EASY recipes. As a matter of fact, I'll make two of them tomorrow.
What a great list from some great blogettes!!!And i strongly support your decision to go meatless in may!! it's a fun way to explore a new method of eating, and gives you even more excuses to experiment with new recipes! let me know if you decide to do it!
KC,I didn't make two, but I did make the Punk-in Muffins. I used an organic cake mix (chocolate) and organic pumpkin. They were wonderful. And the cake mix only had 0.5g fat per serving. Next time I will try them with spice cake mix and maybe a little grated carrot and raisins.
ME- glad the muffins came out well, pumpkin works some magic!Elizabeth- thanks for your support, and you made a great point about counseling vegetarian patients in the future.
