  2. KC,I didn't make two, but I did make the Punk-in Muffins. I used an organic cake mix (chocolate) and organic pumpkin. They were wonderful. And the cake mix only had 0.5g fat per serving. Next time I will try them with spice cake mix and maybe a little grated carrot and raisins.
