Our Mardi Gras party continued with this colorful slaw that Chris brought. Red cabbage, green zucchini, and yellow peppers make the salad purple, green, and gold which are the official colors of Mardi Gras. I loved the crunchy texture, and it was dressed lightly so the salad stayed fresh. It was the perfect complement to the rest of the meal.
