I think deviled eggs are considered old fashioned, but this is a slightly updated and spicier version of the original. I mixed the egg yolks with reduced fat mayonnaise and Thai Kitchen red curry paste, which gave them a nice color and just enough spice. But with deviled eggs, the options are endless – there are over 50 recipes here alone so you can make a modern version of this 1960’s classic.

They look a bit like they are peanut butter filled !…:O
